How can I create an account on Golden Go?

To register in Golden Go you must download the app on Google Play or App Store, open it and provide us with your personal information (Name, surname, ID and email), create a password and finally add your billing information.

How can I add my favorite locations?

To add your favorite locations you must follow the following steps:

  1. Open the Golden Go app menu (button in the upper left corner)
  2. Click on “My favorite places”
  3. Enter the location you want to add (Home or work)
  4. Double click on the point on the map where the desired location is located.

You can modify the locations as long as you want by following these steps.

Can children under 18 years old travel alone?

Minors can NOT travel alone, they must be accompanied by an adult in any case.

How is the price of a trip calculated?

Before ordering a Golden Go you can preview the estimated cost of your journey taking into account the following factors:

  • Price per kilometer: We calculate the fastest route between the origin and destination of the journey.
  • Price per minute: We calculate the total travel time according to the traffic in real time.
  • Additional costs: If the user requests it, additional services can be made available at an extra cost in the final price.

How can I modify my personal data?

You can modify any of your personal data by following these steps:

  1. Open the Golden Go app menu (button in the upper left corner)
  2. Click on your username and then “My details”
  3. Modify the fields you want (Name, surname, telephone, etc.)
  4. Click on save once you update your data.

From this panel you can also modify your access password to the Golden Go app.

How can I request a refund?

At Golden Go we always want to offer you the best service but despite our intention, sometimes things don’t go quite right. That is why we make refunds available to you.

For this you can contact us and we will attend you in a personalized way by sending an email to: incidencias@goldengo.es

What can I do if I forget an object in the car?

If for any reason you may have forgotten an object in one of our vehicles, you can contact us through incidencias@goldengo.es detailing what type of object you have lost. Our support team will contact you as soon as possible.

Can pets travel in a Golden Go?

At Golden Go we want you and your pets to travel with us.

That is why depending on current law, the pet and its carrier may have to be mounted in the trunk of the vehicle. And only guide dogs can travel without a carrier.

Similarly, approved assistance dogs can travel without a carrier.

 

How can I log out of Golden Go?

You can log out of your Golden Go account whenever you want, to do this, do the following:

  1. Open the Golden Go app menu (button in the upper left corner)
  2. Click on your username and then “My details”
  3. Press the “Close session” button

How can I rate a previous journey?

To assess a previous route you must follow the following steps:

  1. Open the Golden Go app menu (button in the upper left corner)
  2. Go to the section “My trips”
  3. Click on “Past”
  4. Select a course and add your score and comments.
How many suitcases can fit in a Golden Go?
